"Promoting the industrialization of construction"has been the main task of"Green Building Action Plan"in 2013.As the main means of building industrialization,fabricated building has been developed by leaps and bounds.In 2016,with the publication of the Guidelines of the General Office of the State Council on Developing Assembled Architecture,a new direction for the development of Assembled Architecture was pointed out.However,affected by objective factors,the development level of fabricated building is different in different parts of the country,especially in policy support,production and construction capacity and economic benefits.Even the two adjacent cities have different levels of construction,which are very different.The regional level of fabricated buildings and the theoretical system of economic development are not perfect,the evaluation index is incomplete,the scientific rationality is poor,and the evaluation method is relatively backward.Therefore,the in-depth study on the coupling of regional level of fabricated building,regional level of fabricated building and economic development provides scientific decision-making basis for the comprehensive development of fabricated building,finds out the obstacles and development stages of provinces,and provides indispensable scientific decision-making basis for the overall planning,rational deployment and optimal management of fabricated building area.In terms of the index of regional level of fabricated building,this paper confirms that the regional level of fabricated building is mainly affected by seven categories,including construction scale,production capacity,government support,information level,sustainable development,technological innovation level and economic benefits,through literature research,statistics of policy texts and interviews with experts.In the aspect of weight determination,this paper uses objective algorithm projection pursuit model to determine its weight from the perspective of objective fairness.When choosing the evaluation model,the existing research basically evaluates the external representation,and there is almost no objective evaluation on the internal development efficiency and whether the external development achievements match the internal development efficiency.In this paper,the static evaluation and dynamic efficiency evaluation are studied and analyzed separately,and the horizontal index of assembled building area is fitted with the calculation results of two dimensions.Finally,the data of 31 provinces in China are used to verify that the level of development of assembled buildings in China is gradually declining from coastal areas to inland areas,and there are obvious differences in the distribution patterns of different regions,which are related to the distribution of economic development.Then,by studying the coupling mechanism between regional level of fabricated building and economic development,the economic development index system is established from four aspects:demand effect,population effect,investment effect and financial support,and then the coupling index system and coupling coordination model are further established,which can effectively analyze the complex relationship in the development of each province.The degree of coupling and coordination has obvious spatial distribution characteristics of"high in East and low in west",especially in coastal areas.Limited by economic conditions,fabricated buildings in the western region are difficult to obtain the necessary financial support in the development process,and the investment effect is not ideal.At the same time,because the effect of sparse population on population and demand is weak,the development of assembled buildings can not be promoted,and the level of development of assembled buildings and economic development is only in primary coordination.In the central region,although the level of economic development is general,the demographic and demand effects brought about by the large population in these areas promote the development of fabricated buildings,and these areas are in primary coordination.Compared with the central and western regions of China,the advantages of the eastern region of China are more prominent.On the one hand,the fabricated building can effectively promote the local economic development,on the other hand,the economic development can react on the fabricated building.The two influence each other and promote each other,both of them can achieve rapid development and are in good coordination and quality coordination.Finally,based on C#language and SQL database system,a coupling platform between regional level of assembly building and economic development is established.The platform collects data by means of information technology and cooperates with the government platform to ensure data authenticity.According to the research and evaluation logic,the platform needs are analyzed adequately.Finally,the system architecture and functional modules of the platform are designed.The system platform realizes the statistical analysis of data and information and assists the decision-making of visual results.
