Research On Evaluation Of High Quality Development Of Construction Enterprises Based On Projection Pursuit Method

In the new era of Chinese economic transition from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,the construction industry,which is the country's pillar industry,urgently needs to find new development models and methods to promote high-quality development of the industry.In recent years,local governments and enterprises have begun to explore new high-quality development methods from many aspects,such as promoting the application of prefabricated assembly technology,increasing the proportion of green buildings,encouraging the developmet of project general contracting and full-process project consulting models,combining BIM with construction project management,investing more on smart construction,improving industry standards and policy systems and so on.However,the current development level of the construction industry is still low and the development level of market parts varies.Therefore,this article plan to discuss how to achieve high-quality development of the construction industry and how to establish a scientific and objective evaluation index system for high-quality development of construction enterprises.Firstly,this article makes a theoretical analysis of the meaning and approach of the construction industry's high-quality development.Based on reading the previous research materials and the articles issued by Chinese government,this artical proposes the connotation of construction industry's high-quality development.It believes that the high-quality development of the construction industry is based on the new era's concept of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing in China.By improving the construction industry's total factor production efficiency,the number of core technologies,product and service quality,environmental protection capabilities,market fairness,industry chain cooperation level,information transparency and other aspects of industry competitiveness,the construction industry is going to achieve the intensive and connotational development to meet people's growing needs for a better life.Then,this paper sorts out the evaluation indicators of the construction industry's high-quality development from six aspects,including diversified management models,modern production methods,high-quality products and services,high levels of efficiency and benefits,high-quality industrial workforce,and sustainable business operations.With the Analytic Hierarchy Process method and Delphi method,this artical selects the final evaluation index system,and uses the Combined Weighting method to determine the evaluation index weight,which laid the foundation for constructing the evaluation model.Finally,based on the Projection Pursuit method,this paper builds a high-quality development evaluation model for construction companies and uses Real-code Accelerated Genetic Algorithm to optimize the projection objective function and calculate the best projection direction vector and projection value.And the combined weight and evaluation value determined by the Combined Weighting method are used to modify the Projection Pursuit result.By importing the sample data into the evaluation model,the comprehensive evaluation value and the weight of each index can be calculated.And by comparing the size of the comprehensive evaluation value,the high-quality development level of each sample can be evaluated.
