Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of standardized design,industrialized production,and little environmental pollution,so China is actively promoting prefabricated buildings.Compared with the whole cast-in-place concrete building,there are more project participants,more complex supply chain network,and greater losses after risk events in the whole process of prefabricated building construction.Scientific evaluation of supply chain elasticity of prefabricated buildings and accurate identification of key influencing factors of supply chain elasticity are of great significance for accelerating the development of prefabricated buildings in China.Therefore,the following work had been completed:(1)The research status of supply chain elasticity evaluation was investigated and summarized,and the concept and characteristics of prefabricated building supply chain were defined.On the basis of comparing the concepts of elasticity in other research fields,the concept of elasticity in prefabricated building supply chain was refined,and its general evaluation process was summarized.The calculation principles,applicability,or necessity of projection pursuit model and particle swarm optimization were also briefly introduced in this paper.(2)An elasticity evaluation model of prefabricated building supply chain based on projection pursuit model was constructed.First of all,the index system of elasticity evaluation of prefabricated building supply chain was constructed by using literature research and questionnaire,which included 2 first-class indexes,9 second-class indexes,and 19 third-class indexes.Then,the elasticity evaluation model of prefabricated building supply chain was completely constructed from four aspects:collecting and pretreating data,constructing projection pursuit model,solving the best projection value by particle swarm optimization,and constructing mathematical model.Finally,a complete realization method and process of the model was given.(3)The Sanya Hongye Haitang Prefabricated Residential Project was selected for empirical research.The results showed that the supply chain elasticity of this project was good,which was basically consistent with the actual situation.Resistance was the most important primary index and the core of supply chain flexibility.Supply and inventory management was the most important secondary index.Redundancy of main material components,market share,and rate of effective supply were the most important three-level indicators.By comparing with the calculation results of classical methods,it was proved that the proposed model was scientific,effective and advanced.In addition,combined with the actual situation of the project,from the perspective of the general contractor,three countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the supply chain elasticity of the empirical object.Based on a variety of modern management theories and projection pursuit models,and fully combining with the characteristics of prefabricated building supply chain,the concept of flexibility and general evaluation process of prefabricated building supply chain was put forward,a complete evaluation index system and evaluation model were established,and The Sanya Hongye Haitang Prefabricated Residential Project was taken as an example to carry out empirical research.The related research results were helpful to improve the theory and case study of elasticity management of prefabricated building supply chain in China.
