In recent years,the pace of China's economic development has attracted worldwide attention,and environmental problems have become a constraint on economic development.The most serious problem is urban air pollution.The main culprit of air pollution is the emission of automobile exhaust.Therefore,in the process of rapid economic development,China has not forgotten to improve air quality.The state has steadily accelerated the pace of introducing new emission standards for automobiles.So far,China has implemented the Sixth National Standard for Automobile Exhaust Emissions in some developed cities.Under the current theme of environmental improvement,the cleanliness of internal combustion engine oil system products has become an important indicator in the automotive industry.It is not only related to the quality of products,but also to the cleanliness of internal combustion engine oil system products.The cleanliness of internal combustion engine oil system products is not only in response to the call of national environmental protection,but also an important direction for the sustainable development of enterprises in the future.With the continuous improvement of people's quality and environmental awareness,people also put forward higher requirements for products,pay more attention to product safety,reliability,energy saving and environmental protection.In the production process of automobile industry,some precise products,such as the right-way system of automobile internal combustion engine,are facing increasing quality problems due to cleanliness problems.Good product cleanliness control becomes the guarantee of product quality in the whole process of production and processing.In the whole process of product processing,due to the residue of particles,the applicability,reliability and durability of the product are greatly affected.At the same time,cleanliness management and control also reflects the quality management level of an enterprise,the quality defects caused by hundreds of micron particles.Through professional particle analysis,identify the source of particles,optimize the management of suppliers' incoming materials,improve the production process,solve problems,show the enterprise's specialty in this field.Based on the cleanliness problem of injector products of automotive internal combustion engine system produced by X Company,this paper introduces the VDA19.1/VDA19.2 quality system management and control document in the light of its own working experience and relevant theory of cleanliness.Through the cleanliness management of the whole process of injector processing,the process improvement method is adopted to improve product quality and reduce quality cost.Enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,through the implementation of effective cleanliness management and improvement methods,the establishment of its company's cleanliness management system,through professional analysis of cleanliness laboratory,to find out the cause of particles,formulate practical cleanliness improvement measures,targeted correction of cleanliness problems caused by poor products,improve product quality,enhance customer satisfaction,enhance core competitiveness of enterprises Power.
