With the development of modern Internet shopping and road haulage in our state.Double-front-axle steering truck plays an important role in road transportation.Vehicle sideslip is an important factor affecting vehicle handling stability and fuel economy,After a period of time in the use of the double-front-axle steering truck will cause abnormal tires wear due to sideslip.When the sideshow is too serious,the vehicle loses the directional driving ability and causing traffic accidents.At present,some achievements have been made in the research of vehicle wheel and axle sideslip,However,the research on the sideslip relationship between the two steering shafts is not complete,it can not provide a theoretical basis for multi-axle vehicle testing and maintenance.The sideslip relation between axles is an important form of wheel sideslip?Due to the multi-steering shaft in the automotive steering system with the matching parts do not match and other reasons,it causes lateral slippage between the steering shafts.Therefore,this paper aims to study the sideslip relationship axle between two steering shafts,To solve the problem that the existing sideslip platform cannot detect the sideslip relationship axle between two steering shafts.It provides a theoretical basis for automobile maintenance and testing of double-front-axle steering truck.We studied the principle of the sideslip ?axle sideslip and sideslip relationship axle.Finish the limit value analysis of automobile shaft sideslip,This paper discusses the influence of the sideshow relationship between the shafts on the service economy and safety of double-steering shafts.The reasons of the broken axle of the sideslip and the abnormal wear of the tire were obtained.Analyzed the principle and method of detecting the sideslip relationship of axle,Based on the SolidWorks platform,established a simplified model of three-axle nine-wheeled vehicle.we obtained the mathematical expression of the sideslip relationship of axle,Combined with the detection method of the original detection table,the detection method of increasing the amount of the sideslip relationship of axle was studied.We use the method of motion kinematics analysis to study the sideslip law of truck wheels with double-front-axle steering truck.The kinematics simulation analysis model of Adams is established with the model of three-axle nine-wheeler,We input the angle by changing the ground angle dial,simulate different kinematics signal input axle deflection angle,collect the detection data of the sideslip in the model.We use Python software to process the data,We obtain the variation law of the amount of sideslip relation axles,the sideslip axles,and the sideslip relation between wheels depending on the structure parameters of the frame.Based on Adams platform,we carried out the dynamic simulation analysis of the sideslip relation model between axes.Obtain the lateral force curve of each tire when the model is moving,put the result into the equation of mechanical equilibrium.Eventually work out between the size of sideslip relationship between shaft and chassis frame parameters.The correctness of the kinematics law of the sideslip relation between axes is verified by using double side slide platforms.It provides a theoretical basis and data basis for the repair and testing of dual steering shafts in the future.
