In recent years, with the increase in construction, the demand for construction machinery is increasing, the load demand is higher, and the truck crane with large load is also booming. The development and construction of the national economy has a significant correlation, espe cially in recent years, with the increase of the gross domestic market, the rapid growth of infra structure construction, the development of automobile crane is also booming. Development of construction machinery to meet the needs of various domestic construction and increase the t otal market value of the great power. However, with the market demand for rapid growth, ord ers increased, for designers, tight deadlines is a huge challenge, at the same time, it brings so me problems, such as the abnormal wear of tyre, driving wandering phenomenon. These are a nd to design and wheel alignment.In order to facilitate the analysis of the reasons of the abnormal wear of tyre, this paper focuses on the truck crane chassis steering system, for truck crane of double front axle steering system of concrete structure, simplified, on the basis of the existing theoretical knowledge, steering system is simplified to be a linkage mechanism, of the mechanism are systematically analyzed. In-depth study of double front axle steering vehicle to process, and to determine the effect of steering system design variables, parametric coordinates, the establishment of system model. Change the parameters, optimize the effect of the whole mechanism. The trend of pure rolling of tire is analyzed, and the model is simulated by ADAMS simulation software. The last to do the test, verify the design data, draw close to the tire do pure rolling motion of the steering mechanism.Using ADAMS software to double front axle steering system model for parametric study, the optimized model with the former, the ideal model and the real vehicle were tested.
