Modern enterprises put financial management at the core of enterprise management.The quality of financial management decides whether the operation of modern enterprises can proceed smoothly.In financial management,more attention should be paid to the management of working capital.At present,many enterprises in our country have broken the whole capital chain because of the poor management of working capital,which has caused inesti mable damage to enterprises.From this,we can see that working capital management plays a decisive role in enterprises.At present,with the improvement of the national economy and the rise of people’s living standards,the demand for household appliances is also growing.The development of household appliances industry in China is booming.Competition in the industry is becoming more and more fierce.Enterprises need to constantly strengthen their comprehensive strength to meet the challenges.The traditional way of relying on technology,services and brand effects is not enough to meet the needs of today’s society and to enhance the operation of enterprises.Capital management performance is the effective way and fundamental guarantee for enterprises to b e stable in the industry.Through continuous development,M Group has become the leading enterprise in the industry.It has the most complete white household appliances industry chain in China.Working capital runs through all the production and operation activities of the enterprise and is inseparable from every link.On the basis of consulting the relevant domestic and foreign research literature on enterprise working capital management,guided by stakeholder theory,trade-off theory and 3E theory,this paper first expounds the general situation of M Group’s working capital management,and respectively expounds the scale and structure of M Group’s working capital,the organizational structure of working capital management,main projects and working capital turnover analysis.In recent years,the scale of M Group’s working capital has grown rapidly,and the structure of working capital has gradually become rationalized.However,there are still individual projects that account for a large proportion,and further management needs to be strengthened.By sorting out the financial data of M Group in recent five years and comparing the working capital turnover of M Group with the other two leading enterprises in the same industry,it is found that M Group has a long working period of accounts receivable,slow repayment speed,short working period of accounts payable and low utilization rate of funds.Then we use AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a model to construct the performance evaluation s ystem of working capital management,and finally obtain quantitative data.According to the data results,the performance of working capital management of the group is "medium",indicating that there are still some problems in the management of working cap ital of the group.Suggestions from multiple perspectives,such as good assessment system,are aimed at solving the problems in the management of working capital of M Group,reducing the losses caused by poor management of working capital,improving the utilization rate of funds,improving the performance of working capital management,and enhancing the overall financial competitiveness of M Group.
