Design Of Lower Limb Hip Rehabilitation Training Equipment

This project is carried out under the rehabilitation background of the lower limb functional injury represented by the elderly.More and more people are suffering from a variety of causes(such as stroke,hemiplegia,etc.)that lead to decreased physiological function,decreased coordination,and more likely to cause diseases leading to impaired physical function.According to incomplete statistics,the number of patients with lower limb injury in China is between 6 million and 7 million,and more than half of the surviving patients will be accompanied by disability of varying degrees.Therefore,based on rehabilitation engineering,the design and research of training equipment for limb rehabilitation are emerged.In the part of literature,according to the design for the exploration of lower limb rehabilitation solution,the author sorted out through a large number of books and papers,through the analysis of the literature in the recent five years on the study of "lower" and "rehabilitation",the rehabilitation research content in this area,but the lack of pertinence,there's still a lot of research vacancy in the hip joint rehabilitation.To investigate the cases of medical rehabilitation products and the research status at home and abroad,author puts forward the design concept of lower limb hip joint.In the part of theoretical research and application,relevant knowledge of rehabilitation medicine and anatomy was collected.Based on the rehabilitation methods of hip joint,the preliminary design and positioning were analyzed and summarized,and the simple process of rehabilitation solutions for patients with hip joint injury was proposed.Firstly,the patients with physical disorders were divided into three stages by subjective muscle strength assessment table.Selected the two sets of lower limb rehabilitation exercise of hip joint action: bending/stretching and outreach/adduction,and through the acquisition of four subjects in hip joint rehabilitation in the movement of the hip muscles and the surface emg of tensor fascia,by comparing the data analysis preliminary demonstrated the validity and rationality of rehabilitation process recovery action.With the support of theory and rehabilitation movement,the structural design of hip joint rehabilitation equipment was drawn,and the detailed rehabilitation process was drawn to provide conditions for industrialdesign.In the part of design practice by the user research and questionnaire survey,summed up the user demand for rehabilitation products,the author made a large number of sketches,under the demand of the market the color of the product recovery equipment,material and surface treatment technology research.Next,author completed the scheme design of hip rehabilitation training in this article,and draw out the product rendering,scene graph and product use.Finally,the existing renderings and engineering drawings are used to design the model to prove.
