The value of medical treatment is to improve the function of human body,and all measures to improve the function of human body are rehabilitation medical treatment.Patients with hemiplegia mainly exhibit limb movement disorders,and motor rehabilitation training is an effective means to treat limb movement disorders and reduce the inconvenience of daily life for hemiplegic patients.With the change of diversified needs of rehabilitation patients,the standardized method of single-species mass production is changing to the modular production method of multi-species,small-lot,and mass customization.Therefore,this topic hopes to provide more possibilities for upper limb motor rehabilitation training products through modular design.This paper explores the modularization theory and the current research status of upper limb sports rehabilitation products;divides the categories of existing upper limb sports rehabilitation products in the market,points out the problems of upper limb sports rehabilitation products,and proposes the development trend of upper limb sports rehabilitation products;grasps the user information by interviewing the users of upper limb sports rehabilitation products and constructing user portraits,sorts out the training modules,functional modules,and structural modules of upper limb sports rehabilitation products,and constructs the modularization design,Based on the principles of modularity and upper limb sports rehabilitation,the modular design process of upper limb sports rehabilitation products was established with general module,special module,standard size and module interface as the basic modules of upper limb sports rehabilitation products;design practice was conducted for the modular design method of upper limb sports rehabilitation products,and the modular design process was started on the basis of analysis of products and user behavior.Based on the analysis of product and user behaviors,the design of modular upper limb motor rehabilitation products was started to achieve the design goals,and the final solution results were evaluated by expert scoring for satisfaction under the corresponding indexes,and finally,the summary and outlook of upper limb motor rehabilitation product design were summarized systematically in the whole paper.It is hoped that this paper will provide feasibility and methodology for rehabilitation medical product design and development.
