The Design Of Knee Rehabilitation Apparatus And Relevant Study On The Joint Stiff Rehabilitation

In this work, through the author's experience, and the study of the research background of the joint stiff rehabilitation and the foreign and native relevant research status, it is found that the treatment of the joint stiff rehabilitation is difficult to deal with under the Chinese situation. Therefore, the patients in China have a special requirement of a new type rehabilitation apparatus. Combined the author's real experience with the investigation, the traditional rehabilitation methods of the knee injury was studied and the reasons for bad rehabilitate effect were identified. By the survey of the current study, the shortage of the present rehabilitation means and the research of the entry point were discovered, which can make sure the innovation of the new products. Based on these reasons and according to the practicality, economy and sucurity, we designed a cyclic motion knee rehabilitation apparatus aiming at knee stiffness. Cyclic motion knee rehabilitation apparatus is a instrument for the patients who have accepted a knee operation and need to be assisted for knee rehabilitation. The biggest advantage of this product is the virtue of CPM was induced. And the product can do the cyclically flexed-extended motion in a ongoing, steady and passive way, which can relieve the patients' pain largely. On the other hand, annother disvantage of other rehabilitation apparatus that the rehabilitation angle should be less than 90°, a more wide angle range of 0-140°was obtained by new structure and circle motion type, and adjustable design was employed on the crutch arm. So the product is a very good instrument with high technology, quality and low cost. And we analysed the product on function, appearence, sucurity and man-machine design. At the same time, a calculation of the design has been done to make sure the practicality knee rehabilitation apparatus. In the plan of the practice, we found the common sense of the design of the recovery machine of the limb stiffness and outlooked to the systemic design of the recovery machine, discussing about the Chinese market condition from the blank corner of the recovery machine of the knee-joint and analysis the physiology and psychological demand of the patient from the social care and ensured that the systemic planning of the recovery machine of the limb stiffness is necessary and accessible.Simultaneously, according to the personal design practice and relevant research of the author, the basic and common design rules of this sort of products were obtained. The design offers a better rehabilitation approach for the patients with these deseases and the loving care for the patients is expressed. The design also can promote the sound progress of the industry of medical apparatus and instruments and social harmony.
