Study On Planning And Design Of Rural Tourism In The Lower Cold Region From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

With the rapid development of urbanization,the countryside wasn’t prosperous anymore,and the problems of economy,culture and governance are aggravating,which makes the countryside become the "victim" of urban development.At present,tourism revitalization has been recognized by more and more regions for its advantages of "less investment and quick effect",a large number of rural tourism development cases have emerged all over China,and the practice of tourism should be executed under the scientific planning guidance.This paper takes rural tourism planning from the perspective of revitalization as the research item,by using the methods of literature research,interdisciplinary research,case analysis and field investigation,and proposes a feasible method of rural tourism planning from the view of rural development and revitalization,and uses a practical case of the tourism planning of Xin Fa village in Wuchang City to verify the practical effect of the theory.The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)This paper combs the research trends of Rural Revitalization and rural tourism planning home and abroad,sums up the development contexts and main points of view of the two theories,and extracts the starting point of this study from the conception.(2)Probing into the theory and case basis of rural revitalization of tourism.Concluding the close relationship exists between the tourism and rural revitalization from three aspects of conceptual characteristics of rural tourism,ideas and proposals of rural revitalization and definition of the relation between tourism and revitalization.And interpreting relevant theories of rural tourism planning,which is from the perspective of revitalization,and the cases of rural tourism revitalization,Summarizing the enlightenment of tourism revitalization for rural tourism planning.(3)This paper defines the research framework of rural tourism planning under the view of revitalization from two aspects of planning technical process and construction of planning model: to the former,it includes four processes: planning preparation,starting and revitalizing condition analysis,scheme formulation,result arrangement,revitalizing result evaluation and feedback;to the latter,it defines planning ideas,principles and applicability.(4)To make a detailed discussion on the methods of rural tourism planning and design from six aspects of planning positioning,tourism products and project planning,spatial layout integration,rural facilities upgrading,image building of rural characteristics,operation management and environmental protection,in order to guide the practice of rural tourism planning and design in cold regions.(5)Taking Xin Fa village in Wuchang City as the research object,this paper combines the theory and practice summarized above to verify the feasibility of the theory.Based on the investigation of rural tourism resources,regional tourism market and the current situation of rural development,this paper puts forward the orientation of rural tourism planning.And propose the detailed planning and design contents of general layout,district project planning,theme activities and tour line design,infrastructure planning,tourism service facilities planning,rural characteristic image planning,environmental protection and operation management,providing reference for future planning and design practice of rural tourism in cold regions...
