Planning And Design Of The Pastoral Complex Of Liba Town In Zhenba County Based On The Rural Revitalization Strategy

After nearly 40 years of urbanization,China's urban development is changing rapidly,but some remote rural areas are facing problems such as low industrial level,serious aging population,backward infrastructure and so on,and the dual contradiction between urban and rural areas is becoming increasingly prominent.In the new era and new background,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed that we should vigorously implement the strategy of rural revitalization,accelerate the modernization of agricultural and rural areas,build a modern agricultural industry system and management system,and promote the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.As the specific response and innovative practice of Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural complex construction has become an important starting point to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and promote rural revitalization.This planning study deeply analyzes the important role of the rural complex in the realization of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Through the preliminary research,theoretical research,preliminary scheme conception and discussion,overall plane design,landscape effect expression and paper writing,the overall planning and design of the rural complex in Liba town is completed,and the overall plan,bird's-eye view,important landscape node map and local landscape node map are completed A number of renderings and landscape sketches will eventually form a complete set of planning and design plans and a planning atlas.On this basis,the paper puts forward the specific planning path for the construction of the rural complex in Liba Town,Zhenba County,Hanzhong City,Shaanxi Province.According to the overall requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy of "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and rich life",it aims to build the rural complex in Liba Town,which integrates rural tourism,farming experience,health preservation and vacation,red education,and agricultural product development,It points out the direction for the planning and design of the rural complex in Liba Town,lays a solid foundation for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in the next 10 years,helps Liba town to get rid of poverty and become rich,and takes the road of sustainable development,so as to accelerate the overall revitalization of the town.
