Research On Quality Control Of The Construction Project Of Jixi University Library

With the rapid development of science and technology,China's economic construction has also been greatly improved.At present,the development of the construction industry,compared with the previous,has undergone earth-shaking changes,therefore,the quality control of construction projects has become particularly important.The quality,schedule and cost of the project are the three major objectives of the project,which are interdependent and form a relatively unified whole.Problems of large or small in construction projects cannot be ignored,we should investigate the causes,find out the problems,and then rectify them.Regarding the construction project,it not only cares about its appearance quality,but also pays attention to its use function and durability.In reality,due to the excessive pursuit of interests by some people,the quality of many construction projects is worrying,and some projects are not up to the standard.In the process of using,there are accidents such as breakage and collapse,which are caused by the poor quality of construction,which has caused great adverse effects in society.This shows that there is no safety guarantee and social reputation without quality.In order to prevent the occurrence of such accidents,it is necessary to speed up the time to improve the standards of the construction industry to ensure that the quality of the project meets the standards.Based on the actual situation of Jixi University library construction project,this paper analyzes the research on project quality control both at home and abroad in recent years,draws lessons from its advanced theoretical achievements,and conducts quality control analysis on Jixi University library construction project after extensive investigation.This paper mainly analyses the whole project from three stages of the early,middle and late stages of the project construction.Applying the analytic hierarchy process,the quality control effect of the project is evaluated,which provides a reference for the following quality assurance measures.In the analysis of the quality assurance of Jixi University library construction project,this paper mainly proceeds from the three stages of the library construction project,analyses the quality management of each stage of the project,and gives detailed quality assurance measures.
