Study On Quality Control Of Large-scale Engineering Construction Process

Recent years has witnessed the rise of China’s society and economy,when its urbanization has been further accelerated,and infrastructure investment has been increasingly expanded.Meanwhile,building facades and structures in the construction field have become increasingly complex,thus making the quality management of the construction process harder.The construction process serves as a key part of civil engineering management,which determines the effect of the engineering quality management.Starting with status quo of research and theories of quality management of civil engineering and construction process at home and abroad,combined with the project management of the construction process,the paper presented the meaning and theories of construction process and quality control throughout the world.Besides,the situation of quality control in the construction process was preliminarily understood,laying the basis for the follow-up work.In the light of the analysis of literature of engineering management and quality control at home and abroad,it was concluded that there was still much room for further research on the quality control measures of the construction process.Thus,further study is expected to give instructions on quality control and enrich the theories of management in the construction industry.As for main research methods employed in this paper,on the one hand,theories of engineering management and quality control of construction process were analyzed,laying the basis for further analysis and exploration,and clarifying the research content;on the other hand,empirical analysis of the construction project of the Phoenix Plaza(Jiangsu)was made into processes,methods,principles and basis of quality control of its construction process,identifying the problems such as management,procedures,on-site management,risk management and evaluation management concerning qualify control,and determining the effect of these factors upon the quality control.On this basis,quality control measures were explored in more than one aspect so as to optimize the measures and improve the quality,thus enhancing safety of engineering construction.The construction process in the management of civil engineering occupies most of the time,energy and money.Therefore,focus on the research of the quality of the construction process is representative and persuasive for the quality control management.The paper shows that quality control measures in the civil engineering project are expected to improve safety,optimize allocation of resources,enhance the economic and social benefits,and heighten competitiveness of construction enterprises.
