Quality Control Research In Project Construction Phase

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and urbanization level,supply and demand of the real estate market is booming,and the market competition among real estate enterprises is increasingly fierce,the quality of project in building quality is a key point to attract more users and win better reputation for the real estate enterprises.For the quality of project quality,the quality control of construction stage is the key link to ensure the quality control in proj ect implementation process.In this paper,take the Project M as the research and analysis object,the quality control in project construction stage is discussed.The quality control of construction stage is the quality control of input resources and conditions,then each link of the whole project implementation process is strictly controlled,until the quality test and control of proj,ect are completed.According to the project quality goals of project M,the status analysis of quality control in project implementation process are analysised.Start with six factors affecting the quality,the whole process of quality management control is used,and through the application of practical project problems,certain social and economic benefits are obtained.Meanwhile the basic tools of quality control were applied,such as histogram,permutation graph and causal analysis diagram,qualitative analysis,evaluation and quality improvement were made in project implementation process of No.6 building of project M.The project M are representative within trhe industry which there existing some problems in project quality control,and the research results have some practical guiding significance for the enterprises.
