The Optimization Of The Clearance Business Processes Of Z Enterprise

With the rapid development of information technology and civil aviation,airlines alliance transport business growing,in the field of civil aviation,the airlines and the airport improve requirements to deal with the clearance business.Z civil aviation enterprise as the civil aviation domain neutral clearing houses,how to provide clearing services for users,shorten payback period and reduce the risk of mat endowment,which became the focus of Z civil aviation enterprise.First of all,this paper introduces the status of the clearance business and business income for Z civil aviation enterprise.Through investigation analysis method to analyse four processes,ICH clearance process,NCH clearance process,local pay clearance process,domestic clearance process.Using financial perspective of the Balanced Score Card method decide the key business processes,which is ICH process in this paper.In the key business processes,the key sub process data audit,commission calculation,reports,write off management are discussed in detail.Summarizing the existing problems in the business process,which are too much manual intervention,low business processing efficiency,parts of the risks,lack of knowledge transfer and so on.Through problem analysis and combing,decides to focus on the Lise of information technology to build a new clearance information system for business process optimization.Second,from the perspective of IT and management perspective,the process optimization goal is defined clearly.For the key business process,the information processing plan is adopted by the new clearing system,which purpose is to support business process optimization.Formulate critical process ICH optimization and control whole risk.On the basis of clarifying the overall optimization architecture,refine optimization of data audit,commission calculation,report and write off.Third,clear evaluation system,through recording the application effects of new system has running for one year.Separately from the process performance,the applicability of the process and the management of the process,illustrates the optimization effect of clearing business process.Subsequently,the optimization effect is evaluated from the whole,which is to realize the standardization of the business,improve the automation level and optimize allocation of resources.Finally,summed up the function of new clearing system construction for business process,which achieves the goal of the transmission of knowledge and increases the income of the departments and enterprises,improves clearing service satisfaction from the airlines and airports,secures the status of Z company in the field of civil aviation clearing services.At the same time,put forward the shortage and outlook,the clearance business process and settlement system still has a lot of room to improve.Later period,some data and service advantages of Z enterprise should be fully used.On the foundation of digging data value and improving service,developing derivative products,in turn,increase the market share and improve enterprise income.
