Study On The Planning And Design Of Resilient Flood Control Landscape For Urban River Course

With the continuous aggravation of global warming,flood disaster is characterized by multiple,easy and frequent occurrence.The continuous urbanization process makes the city more and more obviously affected by the flood disaster,and the resulting harm and loss are also increasingly intensified.Urban river course is an important object of urban flood control,and its traditional flood control projects are also facing a series of problems such as insufficient flood control efficiency,single function and poor environmental quality.In recent years,the traditional flood control ideas are changing,how to build a resilient urban river flood control system,so that the city can adapt to disasters has become a research hotspot.Landscape architecture is an important subject to solve the problems between cities and nature.It can play an important role in the construction of resilient flood control landscape of urban watercourses through in-depth cooperation with related professional fields.This paper first elaborates and interprets the concepts of resilience,resilient city and resilient flood control theory,and on this basis summarizes the inspiration of elastic flood control concept to urban flood control and the role that landscape architecture can play in urban resilient flood control project construction.Then,it analyzes the urban river channel flood,including the development of urban river channel and the causes,harms and characteristics of the flood,and puts forward the multi-level construction mode of urban river channel resilient flood control landscape system.Then,the paper discusses the construction strategy of resilient flood control landscape from the regional and urban scales.At the regional scale,the resilient flood control strategies based on landscape pattern are summarized.At the urban scale,the urban river course is divided into suburban type and urban type,which are respectively discussed in combination with their respective characteristics.It is classified into four strategies of concession,dredging,adaptation and resistance,and the corresponding elastic flood control landscape approach is summarized.Based on the theory of resilient city,this paper studies the strategies of resilient flood control landscape of urban watercourses in different levels through the combination of landscape architecture and related discipline theories and technical researches,in an attempt to construct a framework of urban river landscape planning and design methods based on resilient flood control objectives.At the same time,the study emphasizes the combination of theory and practice,and through the analysis and evaluation of some representative practice cases,it provides reference and reference for the practice of resilient flood control landscape of China's urban rivers under the background of new urbanization.
