Study On Industrial Heritage Protection And Reuse In Coal Mine Waste Land From The Perspective Of Urban Renewal

Under the background of economic globalization and acceleration urbanization worldwide,countries are striving for the transformation and development of cities.However,a large number of old factories,buildings and sites are constantly abandoned in the process of urban renewal and expansion.Due to historical development and early planning,plenty of these are located at the key point of the city.Driven by factors such as urban space reconstruction and economic interests,unreasonable renewal methods are adopted,resulting in varying degrees of damage.Therefore,it is an inevitable and important issue in the transformation of traditional industrial cities to find the approach to rationally protect and effectively reuse industrial heritage from the perspective of urban renewal.Especially for the industrial heritage left in coal mine wasteland,it has become the challenge for the update of resources type city have to face to protect on the basis of its value and consider it as the swimmer and stimulating points to reshape overall spatial structure,transform economic industrial,higher living quality and improve the ecological environment.This research is aimed at the conservation and reuse of industrial heritage in coal mine wasteland under the background of urban renewal,which starts from the relevant theories of urban renewal and industrial heritage protection and development at home and abroad.And through the study of successful practical cases,it summarizes the relationship between urban renewal and industrial heritage,discusses the different modes of industrial heritage reuse for urban renewal and redevelopment and combed the urban industrial heritage protection measures and utilization methods.Specifically,Pingdingshan City is taken as an example to analyze the current urban renewal process,spatial pattern evolution and the status of Industrial Heritage Reuse in Pingdingshan,and to evaluate the value connotation of some industrial heritage in Pingdingshan,in order to explore the focus of protection and reuse of local industrial heritage.In addition,literature research,field observation,questionnaire survey and interviews are used to collect relevant data from different social sectors,especially to understand the different attitudes and demands of the government,enterprises and local residents towards urban renewal and industrial heritage,and to put forward feasible measures and Countermeasures for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Pingdingshan urban renewal.
