Product Design Research In The Background Of Sharing Economy

Thanks to the rapid development of the Internet and cloud computing technologies,the sharing economy has become the most dynamic new economic situation.The sharing economy is enriching people’s daily life while also innovating people’s traditional consumption concepts.The shared products generated in the context of the sharing economy are designed to provide users with convenient and efficient services.Their needs are real and their prospects are very broad.However,since the shared economy is still in its early stage,its development faces many problems.Apart from the commercial economic reasons,there are many differences between products in the shared economy and traditional products,and there are differences in design principles and strategies.Therefore,the design of shared products requires product design theory guidance that is appropriate to their characteristics.This paper studies the shared product design based on the service characteristics of shared products,related concepts and methods of application service design,and summarizes the design principles,strategies and procedures of products under the shared economy.Provide theoretical guidance for the design practice of shared products.Firstly,research on the shared economy and shared product systems,classify products under the shared economy,summarize the components of the shared product system,and the main design issues that exist at this stage.Secondly,through the comparison of shared product design and service design features,the product design concept applicable to the sharing economy--service design is proposed.Then,using the relevant concepts and methods of service design to study the shared product system,and propose the design principles,design strategies,and design procedures of the shared products.Finally,taking the shared bicycle product design as an example,using questionnaires,user interviews and other methods to establish a product stakeholder user portrait,and sorting out their needs,combining the Kano model to prioritize the demand,and then based on the aforementioned service design theory.Design guidance for it and complete the relevant design.
