With the development of urban rail transit,the number of rolling stocks are also growing rapidly.Reasonable operation plan can effectively reduce the number of rolling stocks used,reduce the investment cost of the enterprise,and optimize the operational organization level of the urban rail transit system.Considering the influence of random disturbance factors such as delays in the actual operation process,it is important to study how to improve the anti-interference ability of the rolling stocks operation plan,which is of great significance for ensuring the normal operation of the urban rail transit system.This paper studies the optimization of urban rail transit rolling stocks operation planning.The relevant research contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of the rolling stocks operation planning,including train operation map,rolling stocks operation mode,traffic form,maintenance requirements,infrastructure equipment,and line operation mode.And summarizes and puts forward the principles for the preparation of the rolling stocks operation plan,and at the same time puts forward the evaluation indicators of the rolling stocks operation plan,including the number of rolling stocks,the application of balance,reliability and so on.(2)This paper establishes the rolling stocks fixed operation planning optimization model and the non-fixed operation planning optimization model respectively,the minimum number of rolling stocks and the balance are the objective functions,the uniqueness,initial/end-to-vehicle segment,overhaul,connection time,fixed or unfixed operation mode are used as constraints,and proposes the MMAS for solving these two models.(3)This paper analyzes the causes and effects of train delays.In order to further improve the robustness of the rolling stocks operation plan,based on the operation plan optimization model,studies the distribution of train late disturbances,and establishes the rolling stocks utilization plan optimization model considering the probability of vehicle bottoming delay.In the constraint condition,the minimum late time is added as the objective function,the continuation time control constraint,the secondary late constraint and the connection constraint are added.This paper designs the model solving algorithm based on Pareto sorting multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.(4)This paper takes the operation plan of an urban rail transit line as an example,and applies the optimization model and its algorithm proposed.Compared with the existing application plan,the fixed operation plan,the total connection time is optimized by 3.81%,and the balance is optimized by 18.02%.Compared with the fixed operation plan,the fixed operation plan is optimized by 3.71%,and the balance is optimized by 30.12%.Compared with the unfixed operation plan that does not consider the lateness,the application plan considering the probability of delay in the bottom of the vehicle is reduced by 68.5 minutes,and the reliability is optimized by 35.31%.The paper includes 39 figures,14 tables and 62 references.
