With the rapid development of China’s urban rail transit,the number of urban rail transit lines is increasing year by year,and the number of allocated rolling stocks is also growing rapidly.In order to better meet the diversified needs of passengers,flexible operation modes such as multi-routing operation are gradually widely adopted,and the complexity of rolling stocks operation plan is also increasing.Scientific and reasonable preparation of rolling stocks operation plan based on multi-routing operation mode can effectively improve the efficiency of rolling stocks operation,reduce the number of rolling stocks and reduce the operation cost of enterprises.This paper focuses on the rolling stocks operation plan under the multi-routing mode of urban rail transit.The relevant research contents are as follows:(1)This paper discusses the influence of rolling stocks routing and rolling stocks operation mode on rolling stocks operation plan and the application conditions of unfixed operation mode,analyzes other factors influencing rolling stocks operation plan,such as rolling stocks diagram,basic attributes of rolling stocks,maintenance system and maintenance capacity,and summarizes the principles and methods for the preparation of the rolling stocks operation plan,so as to provide theoretical basis for the subsequent rolling stocks operation plan model.(2)Based on the analysis of the evaluation index of rolling stocks operation plan,the problem of rolling stocks operation plan is transformed into travelling salesman problem.With the objective function of minimizing the number of rolling stocks and optimizing the balance of rolling stocks operation,and the constraints of uniqueness,connection time,maintenance,avoiding idling and rolling stocks operation mode,the optimization model of rolling stocks operation plan is established.(3)The improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the optimization model of rolling stocks plan,describes the structure of feasible solution by real coding,focuses on the initial solution generation process,and designs the genetic algorithm calculation process composed of selection operation,crossover operation,mutation operation,parentchild optimization operation and other links.The effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by taking an urban rail transit line with long and short routings operation mode as an example.(4)Taking an urban rail transit line in F City which adopts long,medium and short routing operation mode during the peak hours of working days as an example,the model and algorithm proposed in this paper are applied to solve the problem,and the rolling stocks operation plan under fixed operation and unfixed operation are calculated respectively.Compared with the fixed operation,the rolling stocks operation plan based on the unfixed operation reduces two rolling stocks,the total connection time reduces 245 minutes,and the optimization is 6.779%;the rolling stocks operation balance is optimized by 56.463%,and the average rolling stocks utilization rate is optimized by 5.421%.The paper includes 36 figures,26 tables and 44 references.
