| With the development of economic globalization,the risk of innovation,the complexity of technology and the integration of the two deepen,which makes it more difficult for a single innovation subject to complete the task of innovation.As a result,the trend of innovation and cooperation between enterprises and university research institutions,suppliers or customers is becoming more and more obvious.As a way to acquire new product technology or conception and a complement to internal innovation and independent R&D,cooperation among Innovation Entities becomes more and more important.At present,more and more scholars are turning their attention to geographical location,studying the impact of spatial agglomeration and its proximity on innovation performance,and discussing innovation from the network dimension has become a hotspot of geoeconomic geography.In terms of the impact of innovation performance,is the position of innovation network or location more important? Or are they equally important? Academic consensus has not yet been reached.In view of the diversity of innovation subjects in China’s equipment manufacturing industry,this paper takes China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises as the research object to study the spatial structure evolution of their innovation network structure and its impact on innovation performance.Attempts to provide some inspiration for the follow-up study of innovative network structure,and provide some suggestions for the development policy formulation of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,this paper redefines core enterprises and non-core enterprises from the perspective of innovation network structure,and systematically studies the development and evolution of innovation network structure of core enterprises and non-core enterprises in China’s equipment manufacturing industry.Based on Ucinet,Stata and other tools,this paper studies the structure and evolution characteristics of the overall innovation network of China’s equipment manufacturing industry,and studies the impact of network structure characteristics on node innovation output from the micro-level of network location,grounding and geographical proximity.The main conclusions are as follows: China’s equipment manufacturing industry is more and more important to the development ofinnovation cooperation and the acquisition of external knowledge.With the expansion of network scale,its innovation network has undergone three processes: cultivation,initiation and optimization.Inter-agent cooperation has increased significantly,the flow and spillover of innovative knowledge has become easier,and the overall network structure has gradually evolved into a small-world network.Large enterprises and well-known universities are the priority links of innovation cooperation,and they have a high network status.The "entity distance" of innovation cooperation between innovation subjects has been weakened,and the "virtual distance" has become more and more important.The network location and spatial location of core enterprises and non-core enterprises have different impacts on innovation performance. |
