The collaborative innovation formed by enterprises,universities,research institutes,government and other actors plays an increasingly important role in innovation activities.As long chain industry,the equipment manufacturing industry is highly dependent on the synergy innnovation.Therefore,this paper focuses on the issue of collaborative innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry,based on the perspective of innovation system,using methods such as simulation,mathematical model and structural equation model.From the formation,selection,operation of the whole process of collaborative innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry,a research framework is constructed,especially driving mechanism,decision-making mechanism,transmission and regulation mechanism are analyzed,and suggestions are put forward on this basis.The main contents of the thesis include:(1)The thesis explores collaborative innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry and its related important concepts,and then constructs a research framework;according to grounded theory,factors such as enterprise innovation capability,innovation system,knowledge sharing level,regional innovation resource endowment,government promotion and support,and innovation location are incorporated into three dimensions,namely enterprise,network and environment.(2)The dynamic mechanism of collaborative innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry is dissected from three aspects,including the intrinsic driving force subsystem,the organizational operating force subsystem and the external pulling force subsystem,and the system dynamics method is used for simulation analysis.(3)The thesis focuses on the characteristics of the innovation behaviour of collaborative subjects,constructs a game-model and multi-objective decision to carry out the diagnosis analysis of the innovation system in the equipment manufacturing industry.The research results show that the construction of innovation system is the ultimate direction of innovation evolution,that industrial partners and knowledge partners are the key actors.(4)The key influencing factors at the regional environmental level,structural level and enterprise micro level were selected to construct the transmission and regulation mechanism of collaborative innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry.The study shows that network size and tie strength are important external factors influencing collaborative innovation performance,and that universities,customers,suppliers,research institutes are directly involved in the development and production of collaborative innovation products,in general,the more partners and the closer the relationship,the more innovative cooperation performance can be improved;At the same time,absorptive capacity is a mediating variable,with sharing capacity acting through the relationship between linkage strength and innovation performance;moreover,with regional endowments moderating absorptive capacity bynetwork size and linkage strength,while long-distance only moderating the influence of linkage strength.(5)Based on the analysis of the three mechanisms of collaborative innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry,suggestions for optimizing the collaborative innovation mechanism and improving innovation performance are proposed from the acotr level,structural level and contextual level.The innovation points of the paper include: according to the special characteristics of collaborative innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry,it identifies the key factors,and tightly focuses on the actor-structural-regional innovation environment,by using simulation analysis and quantitative research to make some contribute to the academic field;In addition,this paper adds the element of spatial heterogeneity to the research process of collaborative innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry,and combines it with the study of innovation mechanisms for a new exploration and useful supplementary. |
