An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Innovation Consciousness And Technology Strategy On Innovation Performance In Equipment Manufacturing Industry

China's economy is large,but it is still big but not strong,China's economy is growing fast,but it is still fast and not excellent.The extensive mode of development,which relies mainly on input of resources and other factors to promote economic growth and scale expansion,is unsustainable,we must change to innovation driven development.As the heart of China's industry and the lifeline of the national economy,equipment manufacturing industry supporting the important cornerstone of national comprehensive national strength,there is also a clear technical repetition,low innovation performance,in the stage of processing trade with low value-added products.We need to make more use of product development and technological innovation to improve the added value of the equipment manufacturing industry chain,improve innovation performance,so as to maintain a pivotal position in the global industrial chain.Against this background,in this paper,the two dimensions of initiative and passivity based on innovation consciousness,from the perspective of technology transformation in manufacturing industry,explore the leading technology development strategy and guide consumption two ways and technology follow imitate and reduce the cost in the strategy of technology in two ways on the relationship between the two dimensions of innovation consciousness and innovation performance regulation,and formed a conceptual model.Through questionnaires,field research,data collection and empirical analysis,the results were obtained:In the manufacturing industry,technological development plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between innovation awareness and innovation performance,and guiding consumption plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between innovation awareness and innovation performance,and for the initiative,the relationship between innovation awareness and innovation performance is the most significant.Technological imitation has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between innovation consciousness and innovation performance,to reduce the cost,the relationship between initiative innovation consciousness and innovation performance is inverted negative effect.The moderating effect of passivity on the relationship between innovation consciousness and innovation performance is not obvious.On the basis of the research results,some suggestions are put forward,such as cultivating innovation consciousness and thinking,strengthening R&D investment,attaching importance to technology leading strategy and soft environment construction,improving innovation system and promoting innovation development strategy,and taking the state as the leading factor to control key core technology,in order to provide reference for innovation and development of equipment manufacturing industry.
