As one of the core components of the electric vehicle,the future developments of the drive motors and their controller are very promising.Among them,the asynchronous motor is widely used in electric vehicles for its merits of simple framework,less waste,easy maintenance,high reliability etc.When the asynchronous motor runs in the light load condition,the power factor and efficiency of the motor are very low,and the motor is heated seriously,it would cause great power waste.In virtue of the limited storage of the power battery,the endurance is further restricted,and the development of electric vehicles is seriously affeeted.Under this background,this dissertation takes the asynchronous motor energy saving control system of electric vehicle as the research object,and the research on how to reduce the energy consumption of motor,improve the efficiency of motor and extend the range of electric vehicle is carried out.Firstly,the operating loss was analyzed,the vector control method was introduced,and the models of asynchronous motor in different coordinate system were given.In view of the minimum stator current control method,the energy-saving control technology of the asynchronous motor for electric vehicle was discussed.Secondly,the platform of energy-saving controller was built.The main circuit with the IPM,the control circuit with the digital processor TMS320F28335,the detection circuit and other circuits were designed by using Altium Designer 16.The specification of main components were determined,and the related physical circuit boards and components were made and welded.Then,the software program of energy saving controller for asynchronous motor was designed and developed.In the CCS6.0 development environment,the program of asynchronous motor energy saving controller was written.The main subprograms were elaborated with the modularization idea.The following debugging and improving work were carried out,and three anti-jamming technologies were used to improve the anti-jamring capability of energy saving controller.Finally,the construction situation of the test platform was introduced,and the comparative experiment on energy saving was carried out.The method and result of the energy-saving control experiment of asynchronous motor were given,which verified the effectiveness of the control technology.The research findings in this dissertation have an important application value for energy-saving of asynchronous motor,and can also provide reference for other drive motor energy-saving control.
