Protection And Renewal Planning Of Changxindian Old Town Based On Collective Memory Research

Under the background of urban amnesia after blindly renovating and reconstructing,and under the requirement of the culture continuous development in the stock renewal,it has become an important practical issue that needs to be solved urgently during the new urbanization construction period to examine the protection and renewal of old towns from the perspective of spatial collective memory and to realize the display of historical characteristics,the renewal and development of old towns and the continuation of collective memory.Through the research on the theories of spatial collective memory at home and abroad,this study preliminarily explores the method that spatial collective memory is related to the protection and renewal of old towns,that is,how to collect,screen and guide the protection and renewal of old towns.And then according to the analysis of the protection and renewal practice cases of strengthening spatial collective memory,this study explores the strategies and methods for the protection and renewal planning of the old town based on spatial collective memory research and for the design of key collective memory space.It is proposed to guide the protection and renewal planning of Changxindian Old Town and its surrounding areas and the design of key collective memory space.
