With rapid development of ecomomy and steel industry,long-span steel structure has been got more and more wide application in our country.In recent years,long-span steel structure in addition to meet the large space requierments,at the same time the the requirements for art of architectural modelling are increasing imporved.with the increase using of innovative and unique long-span steel structure,new challenges have been raised to the construction technology.steel structure construction have influence on the Mechanical behavior of structure before putting into normal use.Structural mechanical performance is changed while setting up or removing temporary support,and construction methods and conditions have more significant effect on the change.There is a potential danger of steel structural damage during construction.Based on jiqing high-speed railway station steel structure project,numerical analysis on installation and unloading of long-span truss structure is performed.the main research contents are as follows:(1)The project profile and research background of railway station is introduced,and the complicated main truss of steel roof construction is studied.FEM has been used to simulate and analyze the mechanics behavior of truss segment with difference lift points during the lifting construction of steel roof.After compare results of difference lift points choice,the optimum plan has been suggested.(2)numerical simulation analysis is performed on the whole construction process of railway station steel structure based on FEM method.Internal forces and deformations of steel structure are analyzed in the typical working conditions during construction stages.The mechanics properties of the steel structure during construction are studied,which can offer a reference for the safety of steel structure construction.(3)The design and calculation of temporary supports of long-span steel truss in railway station has been made.Based on the finite element simulation of steel trusses while setting up or removing temporary support,internal forces and deformations of steel trusses are analyzed during construction.The influence on structural performacne during unloading process is studied.After the compare results of difference unloading plans,the optimum plan has been suggested.The construction of long-pan steel structure is complex.based on the project case of jiqing high-speed railway station,finite element simulation analysis of steel structure during construction and unloading process is promoted in the paper.The research results can give some references for the construction of this project itself,and also can provide some revelation for other similar projects construction.
