Brushless DC motor has been widely developed and applied in many fields of life production due to its advantages of stable operation,strong anti-interference ability and long service life.However,BLDCM also has some problems in actual operation,such as high noise,large torque ripple and low utilization rate of power supply voltage,in order to minimize the above shortcomings,the sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)strategy is adopted in this paper to design the BLDCM sinusoidal wave control system.Firstly,the development status of controller and SPWM control strategy in motor control system is given,and then the noumenon composition and working principle of motor are given,meanwhile according to the electromagnetic gives BLDCM differential equation and transfer function.Secondly,this topic given the overall scheme and control policy of sine wave drive BLDCM speed governing system,on the basis of giving overall plan,designed hardware circuit portion of this control system,firstly,dsPIC30F3010 is selected as the core controller,and the circuit around which small modules realize the normal operation of the motor is designed,including circuit modules such as oscillation,reset and simulation interface.At the same time,drive circuit module and current detection and protection circuit module are also given,finally,the hall signal interface circuit module is given for hall signal detection.Then in terms of control strategy,the basic working principle of SPWM is given,and the sinusoidal pulse width modulation wave is generated by sampling method.the closed-loop PI control algorithm is used for the motor speed control;in addition,in terms of software design,the main program of the BLDCM is given,system and the interrupt subroutine to realize the main functions are given.In terms of software programming,C language is the main language,and part of assembly language is embedded.Finally,Completed the modeling of the experimental platform of the whole control system according to the signal transmission direction of each hardware module.when the motor without any load,the control system software and hardware joint debugging,finally realizes the BLDCM sinusoidal steady drive and speed regulation.
