Research On Space Design Of Urban Youth Centralized Apartment

With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the population has been growing rapidly and the housing price has been rising in large and medium-sized cities.In recent years,the government has promulgated policies to support the development of renting industry in cities.Young people,who are the main force in urbanization process,have become active groups in the rental industry.In the rental market,many investors and real estate developers have introduced new forms of centralized rental and invested heavily in construction,gradually making centralized apartments occupy a large part of the market.Due to centralized apartments are still in the stage of development,it is found that most operators will choose standardized products for mass production in order to pursue profits and achieve scale.As time goes on,many problems had gradually emerged,such as unmatched supply and demand of apartment units;low accessibility of public activity space;inadequate vitality of internal space.It is fundamental reason that is no detailed statistical analysis of the residential demands and behaviors of young people,the operators to design apartment space with subjectivity is blindly,which leads to a series of problems.The main content of this paper is based on the current situation of urban youth centralized apartment development in China,aiming at improving the living conditions of youth groups.Through data collection,questionnaires and household surveys,relevant data and statistical data are obtained,and the general rules of current youth groups’ residential demands,residential models,residential habits are summarized,and relevant design inspiration and solutions are found..The basic function composition,household type classification design and unit organization mode of the residential space in the youth centralized apartment are studied in many aspects.When shaping the youth centralized apartment,we should also introduce the business space,theme space and rooftop space,which can support the viability of the apartment,so that it can coexist.When each space is combined in the youth centralized apartment,we should abide by the three design points of environmentalquality safety,rationalization of space allocation and intellectualization management services.According to the summary of the main points of space design of youth centralized apartment,this paper shows the design process of space that meets the residential demands of youth groups through a specific case application,it can be promote the further development of urban youth centralized apartment.
