Research On Space Design Of Small Apartment Based On Residential Demand Of Youth Group In Nanchang

With the advancement of China’s new "urbanization",a large number of people gather in cities.In the face of high housing prices,renting is still the way most people solve their housing problems.Among these populations gathered in cities,youth groups are important.One of the components.This group has a shorter working time and a lower income.The demand for housing for young people is becoming more and more diversified.The small apartments in the market for the needs of the youth group have not yet well met the individuality and diversified living needs of the youth group.This paper investigates the youth groups in Nanchang through field visits,research and shooting,online questionnaires,etc.to understand the characteristics,needs and habits of the youth groups,and conduct field research to summarize the space design of small apartments in Nanchang under the influence of housing demand.Key points and inspirations.The full text is divided into six chapters.The introduction part mainly elaborates the research background and research significance,clarifies the research objects and defines related research concepts.Analyze the relevant research at home and abroad,and summarize the research methods and framework.The second chapter analyzes the needs of living,from three aspects of ergonomics,residence,and sociology,and uses literature research methods,investigation methods and other research methods to understand the living needs of young people in Nanchang.The third chapter mainly uses the research methods of field research to analyze the current situation and characteristics of small apartments in Nanchang,and proposes the enlightenment of small space design based on the characteristics of young people’s needs,laying a foundation for the space design research of small apartments.The fourth chapter combines the investigation and analysis of the living needs of young people in Nanchang City and the analysis of the status quo and characteristics of small apartments in Nanchang City,and proposes the design principles of safety,rationality,privacy,comfort,adaptability variability and ecological energy conservation.Based on the investigation of the living needs of young people in Nanchang City,the design points and spatial combination modes of each functional space are analyzed.The fifth chapter combines the research of new construction and transformation examples to explore the application of design principles based on youth living needs in the design of small apartment space.Finally,based on the above research,the author finds that the use of top-level open space and the underlying overhead can not only meet the social activities of young people,but also respond to the climatic characteristics of hot summer and cold winter in Nanchang.It is also an important design method for small apartment design in Nanchang.
