In order to solve the impact of the traditional recoil system on the impact of the artillery mount and the stability of the artillery at the beginning and end of the cannon,learning from the traditional shutter type recoil device structure,by adding a hydraulic servo valve,and design of a valve-controlled recoil system to achieve the controllable purpose of the recoil resistance of the recoil system.In this paper,the structural design of the valve-controlled recoil system is combined with the simulation analysis of the dynamic control of the valve control structure.The main work includes:(1)The structural principle of the traditional valve type recoil system is analyzed,and the design scheme of the servo valve device is adopted to replace the recoil valve structure to reduce the recoil resistance of the artillery.Through the analysis of the recoil movement of the valve-controlled recoil system,the squat brake diagram is determined,the back-seat movement elements are calculated,and the structural size of the design valve-controlled recoil system is calculated.the servo valve model and its control signal are selected,using MATLAB software to analyze the stability of the control system.(2)Combining the complex recoil resistance control characteristics of the artillery,establish a dynamic control model of the recoil resistance.According to the working principle of the valve-controlled recoil system,the gray predictive fuzzy control method is proposed to control the opening of the valve port.Establish the control strategy and control the basic process to reduce the impact of the actual control mechanism delay on the recoil resistance control,and finally achieve the platform effect of the recoil resistance.(3)Applying the gray prediction fuzzy PID control principle,the gray theory GM prediction model of valve-controlled recoil system is established,the corresponding fuzzy controller is designed according to the fuzzy PID control theory.(4)According to the control characteristics of the valve-controlled recoil system,the dynamic characteristics simulation model of the valve-controlled recoil system is established by using AMESim and Simulink software.The simulation analyzes the effects of different control algorithms and different delay times and different angles of incidence on the recoil resistance.The best control strategy is obtained to effectively control the peak value of the recoil resistance of the artillery.
