Due to the limitation of the structure,the throttling bar recoil mechanism can only buffer the recoil movement under the specific internal ballistic situation.With the development of science and technology,many kinds of modern artillery and weapon system are also constantly upgrading.More and more new artillery can launch a variety of types of ammunition in the battle.Because different types of ammunition have different internal ballistic characteristics,different dynamic states will be generated in the launching process.In order to make the recoil resistance relatively stable,it is necessary to make the recoil mechanism adapt to different interior ballistic characteristics,and have certain adjustment ability to complete buffering of recoil movement to meet the normal operation of new weapons.In this paper,the adjustable mechanism of the hydraulic buffer is studied,and a new valvecontrolled recoil mechanism is designed.Because of the particularity of the internal structure of the recoil mechanism,it has the ability to adjust the pressure of the working chamber during the buffering process.Through reasonable simplification,the recoil mechanism's flow field analysis model of the working process is established.The flow field change law of the valvecontrolled recoil mechanism is simulated with CFD software FLUENT,and the value range and change law of its hydraulic resistance coefficient are obtained.According to the above model,combined with the motion equation of the simulation impact load bench test,the dynamic simulation model is established.The pressure regulation ability of the valve-controlled recoil mechanism is proved in theory,and the law of the deflection angle control of the moving piston is obtained.A bench test platform is designed and built.The buffering performance and regulating ability of the valve-controlled recoil mechanism are verified by the test.The simulation research method and relevant models are verified by comparative analysis of the test data,which provides a theoretical basis for the application and development of the recoil mechanism in artillery.
