| To satisfy the current demand for precision strikes and high-efficiency damage to air targets in the war,the aimed warhead has got more and more attention of researcher,which can control the fragments to scatter in the target direction to realize the efficient damage to air targets.This paper designs a kind of comprehensive testing system for aimed damage according to the requirement of testing and controlling in the research and design of the aimed warhead,which can provide theoretical basis and technical foundation for the follow-up research and engineering application of warhead.Through reference to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,the paper studies and analyzes the performance parameters of the aimed warhead and related test methods,the fuze warhead matching efficiency and the movement parameters of bullet and target during the projectile target,and the execution structure of the warhead to get the intended function and the theoretical index of the warhead.The multi-point burst control and comprehensive testing of aimed damage technology scheme is designed.Based on the multi-point burst control comprehensive testing method of aimed damage,the system needs to realize the rotation and braking of the warhead,the measurement of the relative rotation of the aimed warhead and the missile,the influence factor detection of the rotation test accuracy,the evaluation of the damage result of the fragment and the shock wave.So the test system consists of five subsystems: the initiation control circuit,the rotation test module,the interference detection module of rotation test,the speed test system of fragment and the test system of shock wave.Furthermore,the hardware of the specific subsystems of comprehensive testing system of aimed damage is designed,including the main control module,angle sensor and vibration test sensor selection,power module,initiation control circuit design and signal processing circuit design,as well as the software program design of master computer and slave computer for measuring and controlling.In order to verify the feasibility of the comprehensive testing system of aimed damage,two test platforms,which includes directional test platform and damage test platform,were designed and built,and experimental research was carried out.The results of the confirmatory test show that the designed comprehensive testing system basically realizes the expected functions of directional control,directional test,directional interference detection and damage test. |
