In this paper,the multi-point initiation way was used as a research object to improve the efficient damage effect of the warhead,based on theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experiment studied the changes of pressure and waveform when detonation wave collision,analyzed the interdependence and the mutual restraint relationship between the key initiation parameters,also a multi-point initiation device was designed.Finally,the application of multi-point initiation way in the rod-jet warhead,explosively formed projectile warhead and Eccentric Initiation aimable warhead was given.The results shown that the multi-point initiation way could greatly improve the damage ability of the warhead as a kind of initiation ways,which is an important research direction in the field of efficient damage.The main contents and results of this paper were as follows:(1)Analyzed the interaction process of detonation wave in the multi-point initiation way,A multi-point initiation way detonation model of cylindrical charge was established,the model can calculate the detonation wave front pressure,the distribution of pressure on the liner and the waveform difference of the funnel-shape detonation wave etc.To analyzed the advantages of multi-point initiation in detonation pressure and waveform.(2)Focusing on the application of multi-point initiation way,based on nano explosive designed a rigid eight-point synchronous initiation network.The particle diameter of nano explosive was less than 100nm,spherical or spherical shape,which as the notch charge could improve the detonation accuracy of the synchronous initiation network,three key parameters of the initiation network were mainly analyzed:the notch width d,the parent plate thickness H and the initiation power of the initiation network,obtained the reasonable range of notch width d,parent plate thickness H and verified the initiation power of the initiation network.Combined with the theoretical and experimental methods,the synchronization accuracy of the initiation network is analyzed within 200ns,which can meet the requirements of the use of the shaped charge warhead.(3)Proposed that initiation caliber,the number of initiation points and the accuracy of the initiation are the three most critical parameters to a multi-point initiation way in the application of warhead,analyzed the interrelated and mutually constraining relationship between the three parameters.Took the application of the multi-point initiation way as the goal,based on the rod-jet warhead structure,the correspondence relationship between different charge caliber and initiation caliber,the correspondence between different initiation caliber and the number of initiation points,the correspondence between different initiation caliber and the accuracy of the initiation were simulated,and obtained a series of quantitative relations about the charge caliber,the initiation caliber,the number of initiation points and the accuracy of initiation,laying a solid foundation for the application of multi-point initiation way.(4)The multi-point initiation way was applied to form an explosively formed projectile(EFP).According to the pressure size and distribution of the annular multi-point initiation way,the influence of the funnel-shape detonation wave on the crushing speed and the crushing Angle of the liner were analyzed,it was concluded that the multi-point initiation way had great potential on improvement of the forming performance of the explosively formed projectile.By optimized the initiation way,charge structure and liner structure the three aspects,the main four structural parameters such as the initiation radius r,outside arc radius of the liner R2,the cutting edge angle of the liner a and the the long diameter ratio of the charge H/Dk were optimized,and a EFP with excellent forming performance was obtained.Finally,the optimized EFP structure was given,the structural parameters are:r=20mm,R2=50mm,?=55°,H/Dk =0.8,compared with the center single point initiation way the penetration length increased by 74.3%,greatly improving the penetration of EFP.(5)The multi-point initiation way was applied to the eccentric initiation aimable warhead.It was suggested that the detonation wave collision is the main cause of the fragment speed gain,by simplified the Whitham method and combined the Gurney velocity formula,the calculation method of the initial fragment velocity of the directional zone and the size of the directional zone were given,compared with the center single point initiation way,the initial fragment speed of directional zone gain of about 34%,the size of directional zone of about 30°,which provide theoretical support for the research of aimable warheads.Analyzed the influence of the position of initiation points and the number of initiation points on the size of directional zone and the fragment speed,get a reasonable selection criteria about the position of initiation points and the number of initiation points.The results shown that the multi-point initiation way could also greatly improve the damage capability of the aimable warhead.
