The airline base is the foundation of an airline,and the layout of the base is crucial for airlines.After the base is determined,the arrangement of airline models,route planning,expansion,and planning of derivative bases can be further developed.In addition,the construction of airline bases is closely related to the layout optimization of airline route networks.With the rapid development of the civil aviation transportation industry,more and more airlines have joined the market competition.The scale of the airline fleet is constantly expanding,and its route network is also becoming more complicated.The original base capacity tends to be saturated and no longer meets the operational needs of airlines.The construction of the base of the main operation base,the branch operation base,and the overnight support base.After the flight of the route is established,the formation of the new route network structure is conducive to the design and optimization of the airline route network.This paper mainly develops through the above two aspects,namely how to select the base of the airline and optimize the route network after the base is determined.For the choice of airline base,this paper first analyzes the relationship between the base and the airport,the connection between the base and the route network,and classifies the major hub airports in the country;through the comparative analysis of the three route networks,the corresponding correspondence is given.The selection of the airline route network mode;secondly,through the analysis of the factors affecting the site selection,an airport throughput prediction model is established to predict the airport's throughput changes in the next few years to indicate the development of the airport;The method of strategic analysis carries out a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the selection of the base.Finally,two methods of site selection,namely multi-attribute decision-making method and multi-statistical analysis,are determined.Through the comparative analysis of these two methods,the scheme of site selection is studied.In the multi-attribute decision making,this paper uses the TOPSIS method to give the comprehensive competitiveness of each alternative base,and sorts it,and gives the site selection plan.In the multivariate statistical analysis,the principal component analysis is used to select the key of the site selection.Factor,use cluster analysis to classify alternative bases,and analyze the selection of alternative bases.For the optimization problem of the base route network,this paper takes into account the cost of the route,and establishes a model of mixed integer programming,which aims at the sum of the total cost of transportation and the cost of the route.In this paper,the Benders decomposition algorithm is used to solve it,and it is verified by a case study.
