In recent years,with the rapid development of China's railway industry,the operation volume of EMUs on the whole road keeps increasing,the number of maintenance models and the allocation of vehicle groups keeps increasing,and the management requirements for the maintenance spare parts of EMUs keep improving.Field investigation found that there are two main problems in the inventory management of bullet train segment at present: stock out and overstock.By analyzing the two main problems,the paper summarizes the three main reasons for the two problems: inaccurate demand forecasting,unreasonable inventory classification and unscientific inventory control strategy.It is of far-reaching significance to improve the maintenance efficiency by selecting appropriate and reasonable methods to forecast the demand,reasonably classifying the maintenance spare parts of EMU and formulating appropriate inventory control strategy in combination with the maintenance technology of EMU.Based on the full study and analysis of the current situation of the inventory management of maintenance spare parts for EMU,this paper optimized the inventory management of maintenance spare parts for EMU in the following four aspects:First,spare parts demand prediction was conducted based on ARIMA model and LSSVM regression model.Analyses the characteristics of EMU maintenance spare parts and consumption trend of continuous and discrete selection of spare parts demand prediction method,the selection of ARIMA model and LSSVM regression model,using SPSS and MATLAB software for continuous and discontinuous model to forecast demand for spare parts,spare parts for train maintenance class work and inventory control work to provide the reference.Second,spare parts inventory was classified based on the improved clustering analysis algorithm.Carries on the analysis about the present situation of the EMU overhaul spare parts classification,found classification boundaries is not clear,different characteristics of problems,according to the problem according to the history of the spare parts consumption statistics and demand forecasting,in full on the basis of analyzing the advantage and disadvantage comparison of several common classification,classified choose clustering analysis,classification,and aiming at the shortcomings of the clustering analysis method,the use of information entropy theory to the study of optimization,get the modified clustering analysis algorithm based on information entropy,the use of the modified clustering analysis algorithm,under the environment of MATLAB software,spare parts classification research,Lay a foundation for formulating inventory control strategy next.Third,inventory control was carried out based on(t,S)strategy and(S,Q)strategy.The normal-distribution goodness of fit test was carried out on the distribution law of the historical consumption of spare parts.Combined with the results of entropy weighted clustering analysis and classification,the applicability of common inventory control strategy was analyzed and selected,so as to determine the inventory control strategy suitable for the significance characteristics of various parts,and the selected inventory control strategy was applied and analyzed in combination with specific spare parts.Combined with the current situation of spare parts inventory management of EMU and the research work in this paper,the development Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the spare parts inventory management of EMU maintenance.Fourth,based on the research results of inventory optimization,the spare parts inventory analysis system for EMU maintenance is designed.Based on the research of spare parts inventory optimization for EMU maintenance,the overall system architecture design,data architecture design and system function design are carried out on the basis of EMU management information system,and the system construction target is given.To sum up,this paper puts forward the corresponding inventory management method according to the characteristics of the maintenance spare parts of China's EMU,which has a certain practical reference value for the inventory management of the maintenance spare parts of China's EMU.
