In recent years,with the acceleration of urban construction,the city's economic prosperity and development also faces a series of challenges such as urban traffic congestion,environmental degradation,and increased burden of chronic diseases.Under such a background,China attaches great importance to the construction of healthy cities and the healthy development of residents,and regards the creation of a comfortable and livable living environment as an important goal of urban work.At the same time,with the public's pursuit of healthy living,healthy cities are subject to experts and scholars.extensive attention.Urban planning directly affects construction activities and urban environment,and has the ability to improve public health.Only by promoting public health as an important goal of urban planning can we create a healthy urban environment and promote healthy urban construction.However,most of the researches on healthy cities at this stage are centered on the theory of healthy urban planning,and there is no research on the level of control and detailed planning.Since the control detailed planning plays a role in the urban planning system,the controlled detailed planning cannot be copied under the guidance of a healthy city.Healthy urban planning measures.Therefore,this paper takes the construction of healthy city as the starting point,and from the perspective of control detailed planning,it discusses the content,principle and strategy of control detailed planning,which has certain reference significance for the future construction of healthy city.First of all,this paper reviews the domestic and international status studies of healthy cities and controlled detailed planning,sorts out relevant concepts and theoretical research,explores the interactive relationship between controlled detailed planning and public health,and summarizes control detailed planning from goal-oriented and demand-oriented.Plan content and principles to lay the foundation for follow-up research.Then,from the three aspects of regional development,action execution,and space environment planning,control detailed planning discussions and planning strategies are proposed.It is hoped to provide valuable reference suggestions for future healthy city construction and control detailed planning and design.Finally,taking the surrounding area of Guiye City in Guixi as an example,the control is studied in detail according to the previous research.Firstly analyze thecurrent situation of the planning area from multiple angles to judge the planning focus,then prepare the preliminary plan,then use the health impact assessment tool to evaluate the preliminary plan,point out the content that still needs to be improved,and finally modify the optimization plan according to the evaluation proposal to get the final Program.
