With the rapid development of urban social economy,metro has become an indispensable means of transportation in the city,metro engineering construction is facing more opportunities for development.However,the metro construction site is a complex system with a high degree of integration of personnel,technology and environment,the number of elements is huge,there is an interactive relationship between elements,and then it is faced with insufficient safety information detection ability,insufficient initiative of on-site safety management and fragmented management mode,which makes the accident incidence high.Therefore,we should establish the concept of "hidden dangers are accidents",transfer the focus of safety management from post-accident to accident,explicit management of the hidden dangers in metro construction,realize the dynamic and immediate management of the whole process of safety,predict the future state of the system and then make system regulation,ensure that the system is maintained in a specific state.Around the subway construction process,through the construction of hidden danger explicit management system the integration of security information perception and explicit control will improve the efficiency of security management.On the basis of the comprehensive collection of hidden danger data,excavating the number of hidden danger data of Qingdao Metro Line 4 is to explore the association rules of dangerous sources prone to hidden dangers,and make the propagation and control process of hidden dangers explicit.By establishing the SIR propagation dynamics model,designing the control variables,exploring the hazard sources and hidden dangers and the density changes of the controlled nodes,the propagation and control process of the hidden danger can be made explicit.The main research contents are as follows:,1)Full perception and collection of hidden danger data.Through the use of positioning technology,behavioral detection technology,intelligent sensing technology,etc.,to achieve a comprehensive perception and collection of human,technical systems and the environment and other security information,providing data basis for the formation mechanism,propagation and dominance of the control process in the later stage.2)Using association rules to excavate hidden danger data and the formation mechanism of hidden danger explicit.The hidden danger data of a certain section of Qingdao Metro Line 4 are selected,and the data of 3-8 months with higher frequency in the construction of the cover excavation method is adopted,and the data mining is carried out by using Apriori algorithm.Calculate the size of Support,Confidence and Lift in association rules,looking for frequent episodes of dangerous sources that are prone to pitfalls,and quantifying the strength of different types of hazard sources into hidden dangers.3)Based on propagation dynamics model,the diffusion law and control effect of hidden trouble are explicit.By analyzing the characteristics of complex systems in metro construction site,the simulation method of elemental propagation dynamics on Small World networks is proposed.In MATLAB R2014a environment,the control variables are designed to analysis of the first time to identify anomalies,propagation threshold,propagation parameters,the grade of hidden danger risk and control of different state nodes,not only verify the effectiveness of the model,but also excavate the impact of hidden dangers in different situations of the scale,propagation density,control effect and other characteristics and laws,to achieve the explicit management of hidden dangers.By constructing the hidden danger explicit system,collecting the security information comprehensively,making the hidden danger from formation to propagation to the pre-control process explicit,can improve the safety cognition level of the construction personnel,visualize the safety information to the security manager,make the management decision quickly,and provide reference ideas for reducing the occurrence of metro accidents.
