The subway construction site is a complex system with highly coupled factors such as personnel,materials and environment.It has the characteristics of high implementation risk and many hidden danger factors.The occurrence of construction accidents is the result of the interaction of multiple hidden danger factors.Through the establishment of a subway construction safety hazard data set,based on the collection of the construction hazard data,the initial propagation path of the hidden hazard is explored,the complex network theory is used to build the subway construction safety hazard propagation network model,the network topology of the model is analyzed,and the propagation process of the hidden danger is clarified.Through the LDA topic mining of hidden danger texts collected on the construction site,the factors that affect the occurrence of hidden dangers are found,and based on the association rules,early warning of hidden dangers in construction is carried out.1)Sort out the transmission mechanism among hidden dangers.The web crawler is used to automatically extract web pages,collect cases of subway construction accidents,extract potential safety hazards in subway construction,and obtain the implicit safety knowledge of subway construction by using memory retrieval method.The characteristics of hidden dangers are analyzed to classify them,and then the initial propagation path of hidden dangers is proved.2)explore the diffusion effect of the initial propagation path of hidden dangers.Using the theory of complex network,the hidden danger propagation network model is established.The characteristics of the topology structure of the hidden danger propagation network are analyzed,and it is found that the hidden danger propagation has the characteristics of complexity and systematization,and the existence states transform each other.The hidden danger factors are classified according to the value of the network distribution degree,and the key hidden danger factors of collapse are analyzed.3)Exploring the key points of safety hazard investigation.According to the key safety hazard factors obtained in the previous article,conduct a construction safety survey on Hongdao Station,collect its safety hazard data,use the R language jieba R package to preprocess the data text,and use the LDA topic mining method to determine the Hongdao Station The safety hazard themes and key points of investigation during the construction process provide a data basis for the early warning of safety hazards.4)Draw out the early warning relationship between potential safety hazards.Based on the association rules,the Apriori algorithm is used to build a related early warning model of potential safety hazards in subway construction,to find out the set of dangerous items,and obtain the relationship between potential safety hazards.From the correlation between potential safety hazards,the early warning intensity of potential safety hazards is derived to guide the safety of the construction site.Hidden danger investigation.
