Quality Management Study And System Designation Of The Meter Product Based On Association Rules Mining

Association Rules Mining is an important subject in the field of data mining.Many scholars have already research for more than ten years in theory.Association rules mining is mostly applied to the retail trade,finance and service trade,WEB mining and so on.But the applications in the quality management field remains a blank.In fact,there are a large number of relations between all kinds of characteristic value of quality. With the constant development of enterprise's informationization,many enterprises have stored large data.The technique of association rules mining can find many valuable rules,offer the good basis for the managers when they make decision.Our country has already become a big one for producing instrument and apparatus in Asian.But many key instrument of the big project or many advanced institution in scientific research are mostly depend on importation.After China entry into WTO, the instrument trade have to face more competition pressure.If the enterprises want to win in the competition,what they can do is constant improve the produce quality.Firse,we study the the theory of quality management,define the works and all kinds of data flows.The traditional quality management methods and the interrelationship of them are introduced according to the three stages of the product life cycle in chapter two.Secondly,We analyse all kinds of problems when the enterprises do the quality management,then a new quality management method is proposed based on association rules mining.We applied this method to evaluate the supplies,control the process of production and analyse the faults.At the same time we can apply it to personnel management.At last,we analyse the meter production technique and design a quality management system based on association rules mining,in order to help the enterprise to implement the quality management,manage the product information,reduce the defective products numbers,raise productivity ,improve the enterprise's competitiveness .Finally,this system is effectively applied to an enterprise and praised by the leaders.
