Cruise project has the characteristics of strict implementation,strict resource management and accurate delivery date.The optimization of cruise planning has an important impact on project execution and resource allocation.At present,there are few studies on the optimization of cruise project planning.The workload and planning volume of traditional ships are far less than that of cruise ships.The optimization method for traditional ships is difficult to meet the planning optimization needs of cruise projects.Multi-Agent technology has many successful cases in solving distributed decision-making problems,and has good solution expectations in solving complex coordination problems of cruise projects.Therefore,based on multi-agent technology,this paper conducts research on cruise project planning coordination optimization technology,optimizes the schedule and schedule robustness of cruise project,and develops prototype system for verification.The paper first analyzes the research status,studies the planning and management characteristics of the cruise project and the business process of the plan management.According to the project decomposition and planning method,the five-level planning system applicable to the cruise project management is constructed.Subsequently,the planning and coordination of the cruise project based on the multi-agent technology is established.The optimization framework is combined with the multi-level planning coordination characteristics of the cruise project,and the multi-agent system coordination strategy based on combined auction is proposed.Then,the resource-constrained cruise project scheduling model is established,and the resource-limited cruise project scheduling method based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.Based on this,the calculation method of the task delay probability is designed by using the Staring Time Criticality(STC)strategy to ensure the robustness of the plan while ensuring the duration of the cruise project.Finally,the cruise project instance verification and cruise project plan are completed.Coordinated and optimized prototype system development,and proved the effectiveness of this method to solve resource-constrained cruise project scheduling problems.
