In recent years,the wave of urbanization is sweeping across the country.With the rapid growth of economy,China's construction industry is in a stage of vigorous development.The extensive management mode of the construction industry is causing more and more problems.The visualization of BIM technology and the emergence of the fine technology of building structural health monitoring are in line with this requirement,As a large public building with complex structure,novel architectural form and diverse functions,such as a railway station and station house,visualization and further integration of structural health monitoring system are needed to ensure the smooth operation of the building.The application of BIM visualization and health monitoring system plays an active role in improving the accuracy,directness and interaction between the monitoring information management platform and the three-dimensional building model.Therefore,BIM visualization is very necessary for the application and data analysis of real-time retrieval of structural health monitoring system.This article is combined with the basic theories of BIM visualization and health monitoring,and the application of BIM in visualization of building health monitoring has been preliminarily studied.It is hoped that BIM technology can be used for reference in the application of similar long-span steel structure spatial single-storey truss structure engineering.This paper focuses on the following aspects:(1)As the research object of this paper,the large span steel structure of a railway station house is very difficult to study because of its complexity and diversity.Therefore,the operation and maintenance of the building structure itself is particularly important.In this paper,on the basis of traditional CAD two-dimensional plane drawings,Taking advantage of Revit software in 3d modeling,Based on the overall layout of the building,the whole three-dimensional model of the overall structure of the railway station and house(including tens of thousands of components)is completed by the innovative method of establishing parameterized family.In addition,the establishment of other 3d models such as the terrain around the station house was completed in combination with Sketch UP software.On this basis,the rendering of the overall 3d model including the station house and surrounding environment was completed through Lumion.It lays a good foundation for the BIM integration of the follow-up health monitoring system.(2)Based on the established BIM 3d model of the station and house system of the railway station,on this basis,according to the specific requirements of the visual structural health monitoring system in terms of functional positioning and structural concept.Navisworks has been widely used in 3d simulation field to integrate and interact monitoring data and visualized 3d model,and to complete simulation collision monitoring in important links.This paper studies the application of key technologies in the visualization of health monitoring,so as to ensure the multi-dimensional,more intuitive and accurate information management module of the health monitoring system of railway station and house structure.Navisworks-based monitoring data view and retrieval,monitoring curve view and retrieval as well as monitoring data export function are implemented,which provides guarantee for the subsequent monitoring data analysis.The feasibility of BIM integration of health monitoring system is verified.(3)Based on the numerical simulation of Ansys,the force state and bearing capacity of the long-span steel structure truss system of railway station and house are further analyzed by modeling.On this basis,the accurate arrangement and monitoring of the sensors related to the physical quantities to be measured in the key parts of the bar are realized.Based on the function of visual health monitoring system to view and retrieve real-time monitoring data of stress and deformation,the monitoring results are further analyzed to realize the safety assessment and damage identification of the housing cover of the elevated railway station.Through the concrete method proposed in this paper,the application and data analysis of BIM visualization for real-time retrieval of health monitoring system are realized,and the management efficiency of monitoring data and the interaction between monitoring information and 3d model are improved.
