| The station building is an integrated railway station,which is the important large public building.And it is densely populated,and it has a high public concern.Once a major security incident occurs,it will have serious social consequences.The construction period of station buildings lasts for several decades and up to a hundred years.In the service process of stations,they are affected by disaster factors such as environmental loading,fatigue effects,corrosion effects,material aging,and mutation effects.The structure will inevitably lead to the accumulation of damage and the attenuation of resistance,resulting in a decline in the ability to resist natural disasters and even normal environment effects.Under extreme conditions(such as earthquakes,typhoons,blizzards,and other catastrophic loads)can cause catastrophic accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the health monitoring of the structural state during the use of such large-scale and complex structures to ensure that they can serve healthily.Based on the finite element numerical simulation method,the numerical simulation and mechanical analysis of the arch space steel tube truss structure of the elevated station room after the transformation of a station is carried out,and the key parts are monitored in real time.The details are as follows:(1)Before the station reconstruction project,a numerical simulation analysis was performed on the overall structure,the key locations were identified,and the overall structural health monitoring program design was conducted.After the official operation of the station,the overall state of the roof structure will change.We have conducted stress and strain monitoring,temperature monitoring,settlement monitoring,and acceleration monitoring on the overall structure of the roof.This article describes and introduces the design part of the scheme in detail,and briefly introduces the monitoring instrument and its performance index.The numerical simulation results and key parts of the monitoring part are summarized.(2)During the implementation of the station renovation project,the installation and commissioning process of the whole monitoring system was explained and introduced in detail,and valuable experience was gained from the specific sensor installation and data acquisition for the first time.For the subsequent structural simulation adjustment And it provides a wealth of data in its reanalysis.(3)After the successful completion of the station reconstruction project,the relevant stress,strain,acceleration and other data were collected and analyzed.The follow-up data is processed,and after comprehensive consideration,an early-warning threshold is provided in the subsequent system construction;accuracy assurance is provided in the subsequent structural simulation adjustment and system construction. |
