With the wide application of BIM technology in large and complex buildings,how to realize visualization and visual warning on structural health monitoring is an important issue in engineering applications.This paper applies BIM technology,combined with the secondary development skills of visualization software,to explore the application of BIM and structural health monitoring in the visual early warning of large-span truss structure.This paper is hoped to play a role in the application of BIM visual early warning technology in similar large-span steel structure engineering.The contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the actual engineering design,Revit is used to draw the engineering project model and the sensor parametric model.And the combination of the building model and the sensor model corresponds to the sensor position in the engineering practice.The Navisworks model integration function is used to integrate the entire engineering model.In Navisworks,the sensor is linked to the corresponding database of the model,and the DataTools function is used to establish the link between the database and the model,so that the sensor model can retrieve the data in the database in real time.,complete data integration.(2)Using Ansys to establish the finite element model of the overall structure of the station building,and carry out numerical simulation analysis.The data obtained from the simulation analysis is integrated and processed using Excel together with the data measured by the actual engineering sensor.Based on the secondary development of Excel by VB,the program is written to enable Excel to process and analyze the extracted data to store and judge whether the threshold is exceeded,and the data exceeding the threshold is input into the Navisworks link database.(3)Using C#language to carry out secondary development of Navisworks based on.NET API.The program is programmed to automatically recognize the data input by the database,determine whether it is in the threshold interval,and highlight the bar structure corresponding to the data exceeding the threshold to achieve the effect of visualizing the warning of the three-dimensional model.
