The way of successful enterprise management is choosing and nominating the qualified people.Talents are the foundation and core competition of enterprise.Human resources are the most resources of an enterprise people are also the active factor of enterprises management.That building the system of educating,retaining and eliminating of talents is the important factor for promoting the competition of enterprises.This article combines the reform of human resources management of FATY for the past year,summarizes the disadvantages of former talents system and develops the new management research on human resources fields such as performance management,salary management and promotion management,which provides the new method for activating talents.With the rapid development of economic society and unidentified environment of enterprise operation,the role of human resources management in enterprises becomes more and more important.In fact,the important fact for restricting the development of enterprises is human resources management.As a result,only have good human resources management can provide the powerful guarantee for the future development and core competition improvement of enterprises.As the joint venture of Changchun Faway and Taiwan Tong Yang Group,Changchun Faway Tong Yang(FATY)has always been in a steady development whether in terms of products output or products acceptance in recent years.Form last year,we have set out to expand other new business and exterior market according to company strategic planning in order to adapt the continuous upgrading and transformation of automotive industry.Thus,how to build a good human resources management that suit for ourselves is the top priority for enterprises development.Now our human resource management is still in its infancy.With the group development of enterprises,the current management cannot meet the future requirements of enterprises,the problems such as short of motive power,narrow promotion channel and further promotion for people’s ability are the main factors that restrict the development of enterprises.The article sets out the present situation of human resource management of FATY as a starting point,analyses the constraint problems that found in the human resource reform for FAW Group objectively and deeply.At the same time,from the angle of how to carry out the work effectively,it develops and implements feasible research programs.We have been improving jobs on promotion system,salary reform,performance reform and personnel training system through building a new human resources management in order to improve people’s ability in order to meet the future development of enterprises.The article strives to proceed from reality,and combines theory with practice from enterprise’s own characteristics and talents requirements of future enterprises,which will provide the strong guarantee of talents for the development of enterprises,and also have the reference significance of human resource management for other enterprises in the industry.
