With the development of power electronics technology,human demand for electricity is increasing day by day.In order to overcome the serious distortion of input AC current caused by non-linear and energy storage components in electrical equipment,power factor correction technology emerges at the same time.Nowadays,PI control is widely used in the control strategy of power factor correction technology because the traditional PI control power factor correction circuit has good steady-state performance,and its algorithm is simple and easy to implement.However,the integral lag of PI controller is unavoidable,and the frequency bandwidth of the controller also limits the dynamic performance of the circuit,which makes the PI control strategy unsatisfactory in some occasions.Requirements,not available.This paper takes Buck-PFC with increasing heat in recent years as the research object,a traditional double-closed-loop PI controller is designed.The dynamic and steady-state performance of the circuit under this control strategy is analyzed,and the working form and energy flow process of the circuit are studied.Based on this,for the purpose of improving the dynamic performance of the circuit,an energy-direct control object is designed.Energy control strategy,energy controller and its working mode are designed,and its working characteristics are analyzed.The energy control strategy is based on energy balance and single-cycle control,which can ensure that the energy provided by the circuit to the load in each switching cycle does not exceed the expected value of the energy required by the load,thus avoiding the problem of oscillation in the dynamic process and effectively shortening the adjustment time.The simulation model of Buck-PFC control system is built in MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation environment.The simulation experiments of double closed-loop control strategy and energy control strategy are carried out respectively.The dynamic performance and steady-state performance of the system under two control modes are analyzed.The feasibility and superiority of direct energy control strategy are verified.Finally,the hardware experiment platform of Buck-type PFC main circuit and its control system is built with TMS320F28335 DSP chip as processor.The start-up experiment and load mutation experiment of the system under double closed-loop PI control and energy control are completed respectively.The superiority and feasibility of energy control in dynamic performance are verified,and the problems of energy control in practical application are analyzed,which provides an improved idea for the following research.
