With the rapid development of Internet of things system,communication system,transportation system and other fields,information equipment has higher and higher performance requirements for uninterrupted power supply.According to the demand of the market,the current UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply,Uninterruptible Power Supply)technology has been to digital,intelligent,high frequency,the modular and greening direction,because of this a few aspects can improve the performance and reliability of UPS system,the reliability of some important information equipment is very important,so in this a few aspects of the related technology research has become more and more attention.This thesis is based on the key technology research of intelligent high-power high-frequency modular UPS system,which is a key project of foshan city.This paper studies the key technologies of UPS and constructs the intelligent monitoring system of UPS power supply for rail transit,mainly in the following aspects:First,in the UPS input must pass a power factor correction circuit,forcing the input current tracking input voltage to make them in phase to improve the input power factor,to introduce a new type of double Boost_APFC circuit topology,and its working principle is analyzed,according to the circuit topology to study the single phase double closed loop control system,the control strategy of the double Boost_APFC and by using the Matlab/simulink simulation experiment,the experimental results verify the feasibility of control strategy;Digital phase locked loop technique is a key technology of the UPS,in this paper introduces the working principle of digital phase locked loop,according to the working principle of its design the single-phase digital phase-locked loop and on TMS320F28335 chip to realize the features of digital phase-locked loop,using Matlab to analyze the sampling data,based on zero crossing detection phase is verified the feasibility of single phase digital phase-locked loop.Weaver technology is the key technology of modular UPS,in this paper introduces the principle and analysis of the UPS weaver weaver on circulation mechanism and how to reduce the weaver system,through a method of detecting active power and reactive power deviation made two run 10 kva UPS weaver,implements the weaver flow control and synchronization control system,and USES Matlab to analyze the weaver experimental data;In light rail traffic in intelligent UPS,UPS power supply project designed a UPS power intelligent monitoring system based on QT creator software,its main function is to monitor the UPS the various parameters of the equipment operation and remote operation,UPS power supply intelligent monitoring system is not only convenient for many subway stations of each UPS equipment to carry on the management and operations,but also can improve the reliability of UPS equipment,to provide strong guarantee to the safe operation of rail transit.The intelligent monitoring system of UPS power supply designed in this paper has been successfully tested on line 9 of chengdu metro and is in good condition. |
