Nowadays,the motor and its control technology have been greatly improved and improved.There are many control methods for the speed control system of the motor.Most of them are based on the PI controller and are optimized based on different intelligent control theories,although they are under control.Compared with the traditional PI controller,the effect is greatly improved.However,the control theory based on the intelligent control algorithm has defects in the simplicity of the structure and the continuity of the control.At this time,based on energy optimization.The configured energy detection indicators begin to enter the control mode design reference conditions.The paper mainly focuses on the design of AC motor speed control system and its controller.The paper firstly uses the typical example in the AC motor model system: the speed control system of the DC motor,for the analysis object,establishes the physical formulas of the energy detection index,and completes the Matlab/ of the traditional PI double closed-loop controller DC motor speed control system.After Simulink simulation model,combined with the energy detection index,the double closed-loop PI controller is analyzed,and the relationship between the control effect and the energy detection index is proved.The controller has the most control effect when the PI parameter is adjusted to make the energy detection index optimal.Secondly,the paper designs the energy balance controller of the H-bridge circuit driven motor speed control system,and verifies the dynamic performance optimization result of this controller compared with the traditional PI double closed loop by Matlab/Simulink simulation.In addition,the paper analyzes A variable speed controllable energy controller for the transition from low energy initial state to high energy final state,further optimizes the dynamic performance of the energy controller,and allows the overshoot condition to be improved in dynamic performance.The fastness makes the dynamic performance improve,and the control of this controller is verified by Matlab/Simulink simulation.If better energy directors.In addition,the paper analyzes the application of energy controller in the control process of AC motor speed control system.Taking permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example,the energy flow equation is established,the energy detection index is analyzed,and the PI controller is compared with the traditional PI controller vector control.The control effect of the speed system is analogous to the control mode of the DC motor.The mathematical model of the PMSM is built and the energy controller is built.The simulation effect of the controller is better than that of the PI controller by Matlab/Simulink simulation.Finally,the paper designs and builds the hardware experiment platform of H-bridge circuit driven DC motor speed control system.With TMS320F28335 as the control core,the energy control C language program is written under CCS6.0,and the above energy control theory is experimentally verified.The energy-based control effect improves the dynamic performance of the speed control system..
