The high-speed development of traditional fuel vehicles is a double-edged sword,which brings convenience to human beings and also causes environmental pollution and energy shortage.Pure electric vehicles have been becoming a hot spot in current research due to their high efficiency,energy saving,zero emission and other advantages.The motor drive system is one of the key technologies of pure electric vehicle,efficiency and stabilization for motor control system is the foundation to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the car.This paper studies the motor controller of pure electric vehicle,develops a motor controller for permanent magnet synchronous with stable performance and complete protection functions,making the design of controller hardware circuit as the core to exploiting the controlling circuit and driving circuit.The main contents and results of this article are as shown below:(1)Introducing the development status of motor controllers in home and abroad.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the motor types and software control strategies for pure electric vehicles.Summarizing the hardware architecture of motor controller and the interaction between circuit modules.(2)The main circuit design of controlling part.The excitation and decoding circuit for the rotating transformer is designed with AD2S1205 rotator decoding chip as the core,and the circuit parameters are calculated in detail.The software simulation results show that the circuit design is reasonable.(3)The main circuit design of driving part.Selecting Infineon 1ED020I12FA2 driver chip to design the driving and protection circuit of FS820R08A6P2 B.A power supply scheme based on push pull circuit is proposed for IGBT power supply,at the same time,a large number of experiments were conducted to test the performance forit.Designing and verifying desaturation detection and miller clamp function for IGBT.The influence of different driving parameters on dynamic characteristics of IGBT was compared by double-pulse experiment,and appropriate driving parameters were selected according to switching loss,switching off voltage spike,turning on reverse recovery current and other indicators.The results show that IGBT drive and protection circuit design is reasonable and can drive IGBT efficiently and safely.(4)Motor drive system test.The designed motor controller was tested on the towing platform for motor counter electromotive force,the external characteristics of motor and the map of drive system efficiency.The results show that the design of motor controller is practical and reasonable.
