H steel beams with corrugated webs and hybrid H steel beams both have good mechanical properties and economic benefits.H steel beams with corrugated webs optimizes the webs,replacing flat webs with corrugated webs,which enhances the shear strength and out-of-plane stiffness of the beam;while hybrid H steel beams optimize the flange,using steel with higher strength than web,giving full play to the advantages of flange bending,and this kind of beam has good flexural performance.Combining the advantages of the two,this paper tries to put forward hybrid H steel beams with corrugated webs.That is to say,the corrugated web is made of steel with lower strength,while the upper and lower flanges are made of steel with higher strength.The mechanical properties of hybrid H steel beams with corrugated webs are studied and analyzed.Hybrid steel beam with corrugated webs,beam with corrugated webs,hybrid steel beam with corrugated webs and beam with flat webs is established by ABAQUS.The overall stability and local bearing capacity of these four kinds of beams are analyzed respectively,and the load-displacement curve and critical load value are obtained.Compared with other beams,the overall stability and load-bearing capacity of the corrugated web and hybrid H steel beams with corrugated web are analyzed.The superiority of local compressive strength.By adjusting the steel yield strength,plate thickness,flange width and initial defects of hybrid H steel beams with corrugated webs,the mechanical properties of the beams are compared and analyzed.The research results are as follows:(1)hybrid H steel beams with corrugated webs have excellent mechanical properties.Both corrugated webs and high flange strength have positive effects on the overall stability and local compressive strength of beams.(2)Flange width and thickness have great influence on the overall stability of hybrid H steel beams with corrugated webs,but have little effect on the local compressive strength.(3)The strength and thickness of Web have little effect on the overall stability of the beam,but have significant effect on the local compressive strength.(4)Initial defects have some influence on the overall stability of the beam.(5)The correctness of the theoretical formulas of corrugated web beams at home and abroad is verified,and the proposed calculation method of stability bearing capacity of hybrid H steel beamswith corrugated webs is proposed.(6)The overall stability of beams with corrugated web and hybrid H steel beams has been greatly improved compared with those with hybrid H steel beams and corrugated web beams.If the beam is required to have large local bearing capacity in practical engineering,such as crane beam,the web strength and thickness of hybrid H steel beams with corrugated web can be increased appropriately,and the local bearing strength can be improved significantly.
